Who we are looking for

Would you like to be part of a team that is redefining the Mobility industry? Splyt is looking for exceptional candidates to grow our New Mobility Partner Network in the EMEA region.

As a Business Development Manager, you will have the exciting opportunity to develop our community of new mobility partners in the EMEA region and developing partnerships mainly across the Micromobility verticals but also working on Public Transportation and Food Delivery verticals. In this strategic and sales-orientated role, you will establish deep relationships with prospective Splyt mobility partners to build an accelerated and strategic partner development plan. 

What you'll be doing

  • Own and execute the growth plan for Splyt’s New Mobility sales channels across Europe
  • Identifying and converting viable prospects to active Splyt partners, leading the full sales conversation and negotiation
  • Establish an understanding of the business objectives of Splyt’s current and prospective partners and match these with the range of services offered to maximize business opportunities. 
  • Liaise with internal teams including business development, legal, product design, software development, and more.
  • Continuously analyse, track and report on partner performance metrics

What we are looking for

  • Proven track record of sales and business development skills, preferably in a B2B or mobility environment (min. 4 years)
  • Completely comfortable operating autonomously and delivering against goals and KPIs
  • Ability and hunger to take initiative and ownership of your own projects
  • Experience and demonstrated success in growing key business partnerships
  • Experience in positioning and selling technology in new customers and new market segments
  • Proactively growing customer relationships while expanding their understanding of Splyt’s Partner Network
  • Demonstrated history of meeting and exceeding quarterly and annual goals and building strong pipelines
  • Fluency in written and verbal English mandatory, additional languages a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to formulate and articulate propositions with partners and internal teams
  • Willingness and desire to travel and collaborate with partners once the overall pandemic situation permits
