Digital Campaign Manager - Singapore 🤝

The role

We are looking for a passionate Digital Campaign Manager to join our team in Singapore who will influence the development of Splyt’s products and manage key relationships with our partners. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal and external teams (including Customer Service, Marketing and Product Development departments) to improve the entire customer experience. This position may require occasional travel.

What you’ll be doing

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for strategic account management matters
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Analyse performance data
  • Externally represent Splyt for business growth opportunities
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to partner needs and objectives
  • Advise partner marketing teams with digital strategy considering their specific goals
  • Work with partner marketing teams to create & implement b2c campaigns
  • Develop new business with new and existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement

Who we are looking for

  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Campaign Manager or relevant role
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
  • B2C Marketing Experience across digital media
  • Vast experience with Baidu/Google Analytics
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • PPC experience a plus /online or digital marketing background (2-4 years)
  • Native/professional Chinese a requirement
  • Experience working in the mobility industry is a huge plus
