Partnerships Manager - Singapore 🤝

The Role

We are looking for a passionate B2B Business Development Manager to join our team in Singapore who will influence the development of Splyt’s products and execute Splyt’s business strategy. You will be responsible for contributing to the company’s growth plan by researching opportunities, developing relationships, and ultimately acquiring partners and clients across the travel and mobility industries.

What you’ll be doing

  • Identify, win and onboard new partners on the to our mobility platform. These include but are not limited to airlines, travel expense management services, and hotels.
  • You will prepare and execute partner meetings in line with our strategy, present Splyt pitches, and identify target markets areas.  Partners will benefit from your identification of end-user benefits while using Splyt connectivity.
  • Be the primary contact for new partners
  • Account management of current portfolio of Asian-based partners
  • Externally represent Splyt in speaking engagements and for business growth opportunities

What we are looking for

  • Business development skills & experiences in the travel and hospitality business, preferably in a B2B or tech startup environment (>2/3 years).
  • Demonstrable analytical & strategic skills in the domain of sales and business development.
  • Very good English skills (international business standard). Additional languages a benefit.
  • A hunger to win.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for media-facing opportunities and facilitation of pitches/partner workshops.
  • Fluent in Mandarin

It’s beneficial if you’re also

  • Knowledgeable in Product Management (requirement management, business justification, interaction with development teams).
  • Global business development experience (multiple markets).
  • Experienced in vertical markets
  • Japanese speaker
